CapySubs
Privacy Policy
CapySubs is a local subscription tracker. Your subscription data stays on your device. We do not create user accounts and we do not operate a backend that stores your personal subscription list.
1. Who we are
CapySubs is published as an iOS app under the developer account associated with this listing. For privacy questions, use the Support page.
2. Information stored on your device
Depending on how you use the app, CapySubs may store locally:
- Subscription names, plans, prices, billing dates, and related notes
- Account / project labels you create
- Payment method labels you enter (for example card brand and last four digits as a reminder label — not full card numbers for charging)
- Reminder / notification preferences
This information is saved with on-device storage (such as iOS app preferences) and is not uploaded to our servers, because we do not run a cloud sync service for CapySubs.
3. Permissions
- Notifications: used only for optional local billing reminders you enable. You can revoke notification permission in iOS Settings.
4. Network / third-party services
CapySubs may make limited network requests to improve the experience:
- Brandfetch — to load service logos when a local logo asset is not available (Brandfetch Logo API).
- Google Fonts — fonts may be fetched at runtime to render the app’s typography.
Those providers process technical request data (such as IP address) under their own policies. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising or analytics SDKs in CapySubs.
5. Data sharing & selling
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your subscription list with third parties for marketing. Third-party logo/font providers only receive what is necessary to fulfill a network request initiated by the app.
6. Data retention & deletion
Because data is stored on your device, deleting the app removes locally stored CapySubs data (subject to iOS backup behavior if you back up the device). We do not retain a separate cloud copy.
7. Children’s privacy
CapySubs is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the app to store information about children if you are not a parent/guardian doing so for your own household tracking.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish revisions.

CapySubs là ứng dụng theo dõi đăng ký dịch vụ trên thiết bị. Dữ liệu đăng ký của bạn lưu trên máy. Chúng tôi không tạo tài khoản người dùng và không vận hành máy chủ lưu danh sách đăng ký của bạn.
1. Chúng tôi là ai

2. Thông tin lưu trên thiết bị
Tùy cách bạn dùng app, CapySubs có thể lưu cục bộ:
- Tên đăng ký, gói, giá, ngày thanh toán và ghi chú liên quan
- Nhãn tài khoản / dự án bạn tạo
- Nhãn phương thức thanh toán (ví dụ thương hiệu thẻ và 4 số cuối dạng nhắc nhở — không phải số thẻ đầy đủ để thu phí)
- Tùy chọn nhắc nhở / thông báo
Thông tin này lưu bằng bộ nhớ trên thiết bị (như tùy chọn app iOS) và không được tải lên máy chủ của chúng tôi, vì CapySubs không có dịch vụ đồng bộ đám mây.
3. Quyền truy cập
- Thông báo: chỉ dùng cho nhắc thanh toán cục bộ tùy chọn. Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền trong Cài đặt iOS.
4. Mạng / dịch vụ bên thứ ba
CapySubs có thể gửi một số yêu cầu mạng giới hạn để cải thiện trải nghiệm:
- Brandfetch — tải logo dịch vụ khi chưa có logo nội bộ (Brandfetch Logo API).
- Google Fonts — font có thể được tải khi chạy để hiển thị giao diện.
Các nhà cung cấp đó xử lý dữ liệu kỹ thuật (như địa chỉ IP) theo chính sách riêng của họ. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu và không dùng SDK quảng cáo hay phân tích trong CapySubs.
5. Chia sẻ & bán dữ liệu
Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân. Chúng tôi không chia sẻ danh sách đăng ký của bạn cho bên thứ ba vì mục đích tiếp thị. Nhà cung cấp logo/font chỉ nhận dữ liệu cần thiết để hoàn thành yêu cầu mạng do app khởi tạo.
6. Lưu trữ & xóa dữ liệu
Vì dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị, gỡ app sẽ xóa dữ liệu CapySubs cục bộ (túy theo hành vi sao lưu iOS nếu bạn sao lưu thiết bị). Chúng tôi không giữ bản sao đám mây riêng.
7. Quyền riêng tư trẻ em
CapySubs không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Đừng dùng app để lưu thông tin về trẻ em trừ khi bạn là phụ huynh/người giám hộ theo dõi cho hộ gia đình mình.
8. Thay đổi
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách khi app thay đổi. Ngày “Cập nhật lần cuối” ở đầu trang sẽ thay đổi khi có bản sửa mới.
