Terms of Use
By downloading or using CapySubs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
CapySubs is a personal tool for tracking subscription plans and optional billing reminders. It is provided “as is” for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
- CapySubs does not charge your payments or manage billing with providers.
- Reminder notifications are best-effort and may be delayed or blocked by system settings.
3. No warranty
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always fire at an exact time. Use the app as a personal organizer, not as a substitute for statements from your payment providers.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from missed renewals, incorrect amounts you entered, or reliance on the app’s reminders.
5. Apple’s terms
If you obtained CapySubs from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. In case of conflict with these Terms regarding App Store distribution, Apple’s standard EULA controls those distribution matters.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms when the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Khi tải hoặc dùng CapySubs, bạn đồng ý với các Điều khoản này. Nếu không đồng ý, vui lòng không sử dụng ứng dụng.
1. Dịch vụ
CapySubs là công cụ cá nhân để theo dõi gói đăng ký và nhắc thanh toán tùy chọn. Ứng dụng được cung cấp “nguyên trạng” cho mục đích cá nhân, không thương mại.
2. Trách nhiệm của bạn
- Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về độ chính xác của thông tin bạn nhập.
- CapySubs không thu phí hộ hay quản lý thanh toán với nhà cung cấp dịch vụ.
- Thông báo nhắc nhở mang tính hỗ trợ tốt nhất và có thể bị trễ hoặc chặn bởi cài đặt hệ thống.
3. Không bảo đảm
Chúng tôi không bảo đảm app chạy liên tục, không lỗi, hay nhắc nhở luôn kích hoạt đúng giờ. Hãy dùng app như sổ theo dõi cá nhân, không thay thế sao kê từ nhà cung cấp thanh toán.
4. Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm về thiệt hại phát sinh từ việc quên gia hạn, số tiền bạn nhập sai, hoặc dựa vào nhắc nhở của app.
5. Điều khoản của Apple
Nếu bạn tải CapySubs từ App Store, Thỏa thuận cấp phép người dùng cuối của Apple cũng áp dụng. Khi xung đột với các Điều khoản này về phân phối App Store, EULA chuẩn của Apple sẽ điều chỉnh các vấn đề phân phối đó.
6. Thay đổi
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Điều khoản khi app thay đổi. Tiếp tục sử dụng sau khi cập nhật nghĩa là bạn chấp nhận bản Điều khoản mới.
