Makeup Match
Privacy Policy
Makeup Match uses an account (email verification code) and cloud services to store your profile, posts, photos, favorites, collections, and community activity. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can delete your account.
1. Who we are
Makeup Match is published as an iOS app under the developer account associated with this listing. For privacy questions, use the Support page.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:
- Account: email address used to sign in with a one-time verification code
- Profile: display name, bio, avatar, and quiz preferences (skin type, tone, style)
- Content you create: looks/posts, photos, captions, tags, collections, favorites, follows, Q&A posts and replies
- Usage within the product: swipe history, recent views, and similar in-app activity needed to provide discovery features
- Technical data: device/app requests to our API (such as IP address and request timestamps processed by our hosting provider)
3. How we use information
- Authenticate you and keep you signed in
- Show and personalize discovery, search, and recommendations
- Host and display content you choose to publish
- Provide favorites, collections, follows, and Q&A features
- Respond to support requests and protect the service from abuse
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use advertising SDKs in Makeup Match.
4. Permissions
- Photos / camera (via image picker): only when you choose to upload a profile photo or look image.
5. Service providers / hosting
Makeup Match’s API and storage are hosted on Cloudflare (for example Workers, D1, KV, and R2). Those providers process technical data under their own terms while providing infrastructure. Email verification codes are delivered through our configured email sending path.
6. Public content
Content you publish (looks, profile information you make visible, Q&A posts) may be visible to other users of Makeup Match. Do not post personal information you do not want shared.
7. Data retention & account deletion
We retain account and content data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. To delete your account and associated personal data, email support@thanhlabs.com from the address linked to your account (see Support). We will delete or de-identify your account data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited information for security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations. Content you posted that has been shared into others’ collections may remain in de-identified or aggregated form where removal is not reasonably practicable.
8. Children’s privacy
Makeup Match is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish revisions.

Makeup Match dùng tài khoản (mã xác minh email) và dịch vụ đám mây để lưu hồ sơ, bài đăng, ảnh, yêu thích, bộ sưu tập và hoạt động cộng đồng. Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập gì, vì sao, và cách bạn xóa tài khoản.
1. Chúng tôi là ai
Makeup Match được phát hành trên iOS dưới tài khoản nhà phát triển liên kết với listing này. Mọi câu hỏi về quyền riêng tư, vui lòng dùng trang Hỗ trợ.
2. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
Tùy cách bạn dùng app, chúng tôi có thể thu thập:
- Tài khoản: địa chỉ email dùng để đăng nhập bằng mã xác minh một lần
- Hồ sơ: tên hiển thị, bio, avatar và tùy chọn quiz (loại da, tone, phong cách)
- Nội dung bạn tạo: look/bài đăng, ảnh, chú thích, thẻ, bộ sưu tập, yêu thích, theo dõi, hỏi đáp
- Hoạt động trong sản phẩm: lịch sử vuốt, xem gần đây và hoạt động tương tự để cung cấp khám phá
- Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: yêu cầu thiết bị/app tới API (như địa chỉ IP và thời gian yêu cầu do nhà cung cấp hosting xử lý)
3. Cách chúng tôi dùng thông tin
- Xác thực và giữ bạn đăng nhập
- Hiển thị và cá nhân hóa khám phá, tìm kiếm, gợi ý
- Lưu trữ và hiển thị nội dung bạn chọn đăng
- Cung cấp yêu thích, bộ sưu tập, theo dõi và hỏi đáp
- Phản hồi hỗ trợ và bảo vệ dịch vụ khỏi lạm dụng
Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân và không dùng SDK quảng cáo trong Makeup Match.
4. Quyền truy cập
- Ảnh / camera (qua image picker): chỉ khi bạn chọn tải ảnh hồ sơ hoặc ảnh look.
5. Nhà cung cấp / hosting
API và lưu trữ của Makeup Match chạy trên Cloudflare (ví dụ Workers, D1, KV, R2). Các nhà cung cấp đó xử lý dữ liệu kỹ thuật theo điều khoản riêng khi cung cấp hạ tầng. Mã xác minh email được gửi qua đường gửi mail đã cấu hình.
6. Nội dung công khai
Nội dung bạn đăng (look, thông tin hồ sơ hiển thị, hỏi đáp) có thể được người dùng khác trên Makeup Match nhìn thấy. Đừng đăng thông tin cá nhân bạn không muốn chia sẻ.
7. Lưu trữ & xóa tài khoản
Chúng tôi giữ dữ liệu tài khoản và nội dung khi tài khoản còn hoạt động và khi cần để vận hành dịch vụ. Để xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan, gửi email tới support@thanhlabs.com từ địa chỉ gắn với tài khoản (xem Hỗ trợ). Chúng tôi sẽ xóa hoặc ẩn danh dữ liệu tài khoản trong thời gian hợp lý, trừ khi phải giữ thông tin hạn chế vì bảo mật, chống lạm dụng hoặc nghĩa vụ pháp lý. Nội dung bạn đăng đã được đưa vào bộ sưu tập của người khác có thể còn dưới dạng ẩn danh/tổng hợp khi việc gỡ bỏ không hợp lý về mặt kỹ thuật.
8. Quyền riêng tư trẻ em
Makeup Match không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Không tạo tài khoản nếu bạn dưới 13.
9. Thay đổi
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách khi app thay đổi. Ngày “Cập nhật lần cuối” sẽ thay đổi khi có bản sửa mới.
