Delete your account
To request deletion of your Makeup Match account and associated personal data, email support@thanhlabs.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject line “Delete Makeup Match account”.
We will confirm and process the request within a reasonable period. After deletion, you will need to create a new account to use Makeup Match again.
Report content
Email the same address with details about the look, post, or user, plus a screenshot if possible. See also the Terms of Use.

Xóa tài khoản
Để yêu cầu xóa tài khoản Makeup Match và dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan, gửi email tới support@thanhlabs.com từ địa chỉ gắn với tài khoản, tiêu đề “Xóa tài khoản Makeup Match”.
Chúng tôi sẽ xác nhận và xử lý trong thời gian hợp lý. Sau khi xóa, bạn cần tạo tài khoản mới nếu muốn dùng lại Makeup Match.
Báo cáo nội dung
Gửi email cùng địa chỉ trên kèm chi tiết về look, bài đăng hoặc người dùng, và ảnh chụp nếu có. Xem thêm Điều khoản sử dụng.
